What is the difference between the Quiet Sauna and the Community Sauna?

The Quiet Sauna is a calm, meditative space where guests maintain silence for deeper relaxation. The Community Sauna offers a more social atmosphere where light conversation is welcome. Both operate at authentic sauna temperatures.

How long is each sauna session?

Sessions generally run between 60–75 minutes, giving guests enough time for multiple heat cycles and optional cold plunges. Event sessions may vary slightly depending on the theme.

Do I need previous sauna or cold plunge experience?

No experience is required. Our staff provides guidance on heat exposure, breathing, cooling down, and cold plunge technique so newcomers feel safe and supported.

Is the cold plunge safe?

Yes. The plunge is done inside a secure shark-cage access point in the Inner Harbor. Staff are present to help guide timing, breathwork, and safe immersion practices.

What should I bring to my visit?

Bring a towel, swimsuit, reusable water bottle, and warm clothing for after your session. We provide safe storage and offer hydration options at the bar.

What happens during themed events like Sauna Disco or Sound Bath Sauna?

These sessions include special lighting, curated music, or guided sound experiences that enhance the traditional sauna flow. Each event has a unique atmosphere designed around relaxation or social energy.

Are private group rentals available?

Yes. You can reserve the entire 40-foot sauna trailer for up to 26 people, including both saunas, plunge access, and bar proximity. Great for parties, team events, or celebrations.

Can I cold plunge even if I’m attending a themed event?

Absolutely. Most event sessions include optional cold plunge opportunities. Guests can choose if and how often they want to participate.

What months are you open?

We operate seasonally from November through the end of April, creating a cozy winter sauna experience along the harbor.

Are beverages available on-site?

Yes. Our built-in bar offers non-alcoholic hydration options, teas, and a small selection of alcoholic beverages to enjoy after your session.
